The information you provide us is used for processing and fulfilling your order and contacting you if we have problems processing your order.

Inspirit is committed to providing quality customer service. The motivational poster prints are rolled with protective plastic and packaged in customized 100mm diameter strengthened cardboard poster tubes. The protective packaging will ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit.

South Africa

Orders are delivered to a physical address within South Africa only. Please allow 48 hours from confirmation of receipt of your order for delivery to any of the nine major centers. Orders are delivered to areas outside of the major centers within 56 hours. We will email you a shipping confirmation.

International

Inspirit reserves the right to change pricing and any other particulars contained in the Inspirit product price list without prior notice.

The thirty-day return policy applies if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for an exchange or refund. Contact our offices for authorization within 30 days of delivery of a shipment. We will refund the shipping cost if the order was damaged during shipping. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Payments may be made online using either a Visa or Master card. Transactions are secured via a SSL certificate. At the same time, an optional confirmation email is sent to either the merchant and/or the cardholder.


Bank Deposits

Funds may be deposited directly into the Inspirit bank account. Cheque deposits are subject to a seven working day clearing period. The deposit slip must be faxed to our offices (011) 706 4170 prior to the dispatch of the goods. Please contact our offices for banking details.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Funds may be transferred electronically directly into the Inspirit bank account. Confirmation of the bank transfer must be faxed to our offices on (011) 706 - 4170. The order will be dispatched when our bankers confirm receipt of the transferred funds. Please contact our offices for banking details.
